1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of RJ Computer Repair ("we," "us," "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

RJ Computer Repair provides the following services:

• Computer and laptop hardware repair
• Software installation and configuration (Windows & Mac)
• Virus and malware removal
• Data recovery and backup services
• System optimization and maintenance

• Other related IT services

3. Service Process

3.1 Diagnosis and Estimate

All devices require diagnostic evaluation before repair. Diagnostic fee: ₹500 (credited towards repair if service is approved).

3.2 Approval for Repair

After diagnosis, we provide a written estimate. Repair work begins only after your written or electronic approval.

3.3 Timeline

Standard repairs: 1-3 business days. Complex repairs: 3-7 business days. Rush service available for additional fee.

3.4 Data Backup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up data before service. We are not liable for data loss during repair unless caused by our negligence.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Charges

Service charges include:

• Diagnostic fee (if applicable)
• Labor charges
• Parts cost (if replaced)
• Software license fees (if applicable)

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment due upon completion of service
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards
• Deposit may be required for expensive parts
• All prices in Indian Rupees (₹)

4.3 Taxes

All applicable taxes (GST) will be added to the invoice as per Indian tax laws.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 Service Warranty

We provide a warranty on our repair services:

• Labor Warranty: 90 days from service completion
• Parts Warranty: As per manufacturer warranty (minimum 90 days)
• Warranty void if device is tampered with by others
• Warranty does not cover new issues or unrelated problems

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the service charges paid. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or incidental damages
• Data loss (customers must backup data)
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed
• Issues arising after repair due to customer misuse

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate device information
• Disclose all known issues
• Backup important data before service
• Remove passwords/restrictions if possible
• Provide power adapter and necessary accessories
• Collect device within 30 days of completion notification

7. Data Privacy and Security

We respect your privacy:

• We do not access personal files without permission
• Data accessed only for repair purposes
• All customer information kept confidential

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Service Cancellation

Cancellation policy:

• Before diagnosis: Full refund of any deposit
• After diagnosis but before repair: Diagnostic fee applies
• After repair started: Charges for work completed

8.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued if:

• We are unable to complete the repair
• Service does not resolve the reported issue
• Cancelled before service begins

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials are our intellectual property. You may not:

• Copy or distribute our materials without permission
• Use our branding or trademarks
• Reverse engineer our processes

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.2 Dispute Resolution

3. Legal proceedings in New Delhi courts

Jurisdiction: Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified via email or website notice.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RJ Computer Repair regarding our services.
