2. Warranty Claims Process

2.1 How to Make a Claim

Follow these steps for warranty claims:

  1. Contact us immediately when issue reoccurs
  2. Provide original service invoice number
  3. Describe the problem in detail
  4. Bring device to our service center
  5. Allow 1-2 days for evaluation

Important: Warranty claims must be made during business hours (Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 7 PM). After-hours claims will be processed next business day.

When you bring your device for warranty evaluation:

  • Evaluation completed within 48 hours

Important Notice: Opening sealed devices or using non-OEM parts typically voids manufacturer warranty. We'll clearly explain implications before service.

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

7. Warranty Transfer
